As part of my Virtual Mobility grant (March 15– September 1, 2025), I organized, coordinated, and promoted five webinars in the COST Action SUSTAIN Webinar Series. These sessions were developed in close collaboration with the Working Group (WG) leaders, vice-leaders, and the action chair to highlight the activities of WG1–WG6 and to enhance cross-group visibility.

My work included identifying and confirming speakers in collaboration with WG leaders, preparing promotional materials (flyers, invitations, and agendas), coordinating dissemination with the communication team, and supporting moderators to ensure a smooth delivery. The webinars were successfully promoted and published on the SUSTAIN website, LinkedIn, Facebook, and YouTube, significantly strengthening the Action’s outreach, knowledge exchange, and stakeholder engagement.
